Patients or their caregivers are not allowed to cultivate marijuana. It may only be purchased from a dispensary that has been licensed by the state of Illinois.
If your condition is terminal, and your doctor is of the opinion that you will live no longer than six months, you will not be assessed a fee, and the application process will be fast-tracked.
